Sync Issues
Symptoms: The "Last Sync" time is old or the score isn't updating.
Solution:
Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is ON.
Open the InTruth app and keep your watch nearby.
Pull down on the Home screen to trigger a refresh.
Check Settings > Garmin Device to ensure the device shows as "Connected".
If the issue persists, unpair your device. Then restart your phone and Garmin device. After restarting, turn your phone's Bluetooth off and then on again. Try pairing again.
