Teams
Connect with your organisation while maintaining control over your privacy.
Joining a Team To join a team, a Team Leader must first invite you via the web portal.
Navigate to Settings > Teams to check for pending invitations.
Accept the invitation to link your account. Once joined, you will see the team management screen.
Sharing Controls You determine what the Team Leader can see via the web dashboard:
Share my data: Toggle this ON to allow your Emotion Scores to be visible to the Team Leader. Toggle OFF to stop sharing immediately.
Anonymity: Use the "Attach my name to my shared data" toggle.
OFF: Your data contributes to the team average, but the Team Leader cannot see it belongs to you.
ON: Your name is visible alongside your data.
Privacy & Security The "About Team Sharing" section ensures transparency:
What is Shared: Only your numerical Emotion Scores and the emotions extracted from your journal are sent to the Team Leader.
What is Private: Your actual Journal Entries are never shared. They remain private to you.
Leaving a Team Tap the "Leave Team" button at any time to disconnect your profile and stop all data sharing with that group.
