Journaling provides context to your physical data.

  1. Scroll down on the Home screen to the Journal Entry section.

  2. Tap Write entry and record your thoughts or experiences.

  3. Tap Save.

The Emotional Landscape Chart: After saving, an "Emotion Landscape" chart will appear. This maps the feelings detected in your text onto a chart, showing where you fall on scales of Pleasantness (Negative to Positive) and Energy (Low/Calm to High/Activated).
