The Emotion Score

Your Emotion Score (1-100) is a scientifically calculated indicator of your emotional balance.

• Main Gauge: The large gauge on the Home screen displays your current score, higher is better, and category (e.g., Excellent, Good, Average, Below Average, Poor)..

• Data Collection: The score relies on high-quality biometric data segments. As long as your device is connected and receiving data, a score will be displayed. You may see a note stating, "Your score will get more accurate as you continue wearing your Garmin today," which implies the app is actively refining your score as more biometric data is collected throughout the day. (note: 30 min is the minimum required atm, may change in the future).

• History: Swipe right on the Home screen to view scores from previous days or tap the date to access the calendar.
