First, make sure you're using the latest version of the IN TRUTH app. You can check for updates in the App Store or Google Play Store. Updating to the latest version often resolves connection issues.


If you're still having trouble on the latest version of the IN TRUTH app, follow the steps below:

  1. In the IN TRUTH app, go to Settings, then Garmin Device, then unpair your device.

  2. In your phone's Bluetooth settings, select your Garmin device, and then select "Forget This Device."

  3. Soft-reset your Garmin device. If you're unsure how, search online for instructions specific to your device.

  4. Uninstall the IN TRUTH app.

  5. Reinstall the IN TRUTH app.
